Problem

The receiver shuts off unexpectedly without warning/alarm and stops providing information to the user.

111.1 Did the receiver restart immediately after shut off?

111.2 Was the user in a sensor session when the receiver ceased to function?

111.3 When was the receiver charged last?

111.4 What was the battery level prior to shut down?

111.5 Has the receiver been exposed to moisture or humidity, dropped or damaged?                                                                                                                                                                          

111.6 Was an error code displayed before it stopped working?

Actions

1. Select from drop-down: Yes, No, Unable/Unwilling to answer. If yes, move to 217 - RECEIVER REINITIALIZATION.
2. Select from drop-down: Yes, No, Unable/Unwilling to answer.
3. Record answer.
4. Select from drop-down: Less than 50 percent, Greater than 50 percent. Make sure it isn’t just a low battery issue. Record answer. Try a different charging cable, adapter and socket.
5. Select from drop-down: Yes, No, Unable/Unwilling to answer. If yes, advise the patient that user damage isn’t covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
6. Select from drop-down: Yes, No, Unable/Unwilling to answer. If yes, you may need to document code 114 - ERROR ICON DISPLAYED also.
