Problem

Receiver reboots and/or is stuck on the initialization screen

217.1 Was it previously working or was it an out of the box failure?
217.2 Did the user turn off the receiver prior to the reboot?
217.3 Did the receiver return to the previous state after the reboot?
217.4 Did the patient see a system check screen?
      217.4.1 If yes, can they provide the code number onscreen?

    4.1 Record Answer
    Power Cycle the Receiver:
• Touchscreen: Press & Hold Home Button for 15 Seconds and Release. Press and hold for 2 seconds and release.
• Non-touchscreen: Press and hold the enter button for 3 seconds. If need be, attempt a Hard reset Press and holding the enter button for 11 seconds.
If the Receiver functions normally after the power cycle, no replacement needed. If NOT, check warranty and replace if eligible.
