YDC Product Troubleshooting Guide : Android app “Force stop”

Problem

App gets stuck / Connection between app and CGM or YpsoPump not working / CamAPS Generate PDF report or CamAPS Submit logs not working while internet connection is present

Actions

To perform a “Force Stop”

  • Long press on the CamAPS app icon → Select the App info symbol → Select “Force stop”

or

  • Settings → Apps → CamAPS FX → Select “Force Stop”
