YDC Product Troubleshooting Guide : F120 / A337 - Refresh of bolus delivery screen deletes user input

Problem

After opening the "bolus delivery" screen, the screen will refresh after about 2-5 seconds. This will delete all user input already done in this 2 seconds. see the Video →  ScreenRefresh_Issue.mp4

This time may vary depending on the smartphone.

The import of a calculated bolus into "bolus delivery" screen is not affected.

Actions

  • Whenever "bolus delivery" screen is opened, wait for the fields "Last volus" and "Insulin on board" to be filled.
  • This may take 2 to 5 seconds, depending on your smartphone. see the Video →  ScreenRefresh_Workaround.mp4
  • After that, program the Bolus.
  • The transferred bolus calculator results are not affected and must not be removed. → a critical note
