Problem

It is reported that the mylife App profile of a caregiver does not show any synchronised CGM data from the patient's mylife Cloud account.

Actions

Educate and inform the reporter that the caregiver should use the Dexcom Follow App to monitor a patient using the G6 system. The mylife App with a connected G6 uploads CGM data to the Dexcom Cloud / Dexcom Share. The patient (=sharer) must have Share running and the Follower must have accepted the patient's invitation to use Dexcom Follow.

Reasons behind

The mylife App does not offer the caregiver case when using a connected Dexcom G6. There are no CGM data synchronised between a patient's mylife App and a caregiver's mylife App. The mylife App supports Dexcom Share / Dexcom Follow.
