5200.2 Is the app installed on the watch?
5200.3 Do you have your Smart Device nearby?
5200.4 Does the app on your smart device show an error?
5200.5 Do you have a reading on the smart watch?

Actions

1. Record answer. If no, provide watch pairing instructions.
2. Record answer. If no, app needs to be installed on watch as well as the smart device.
3. Record answer. If no, smart device must be within 20 feet/6 meters of transmitter/wearable to get readings on smart watch.
