231.1 Is there any damage to the transmitter or sensor pod?
231.2 Are you having difficulty inserting or removing the transmitter?
       231.2.1 If inserting the transmitter, did the transmitter fit into the previous sensor pod?
      231.2.2 If removing the transmitter, is the patch removed from the body?

1. Record Answer. If yes to physical damage, move to damage classification code 212.
