Problem

Patient is experiencing a receiver power related issue. Examples include not being able to charge, not turning on, does not hold charge

223.1 Is the patient charging according to the IFU?
       223.1.1 Does the patient see the animated battery icon or an orange LED (touchscreen) or a lightning bolt next to the battery fuel gauge (non-touchscreen)?
223.2 Did the receiver unexpectedly shut down?
223.3 Is the receiver turning on?
       223.3.1 If yes, does the receiver only turn on when connected to charger?
223.4 Is the receiver able to hold a charge?
       223.4.1 If yes, how long does the receiver last when charged?
       223.4.2 If yes, does the battery indicator appropriately match the charge level?
       223.4.3 If no, has receiver been unused for a period of time?
223.5 Does the patient observe any physical damage or water damage with the charging components/USB port?
