  • Ensure optimised battery usage is turned off for the app:
    1.  Settings > Apps > APP NAME > Battery > Optimised battery usage OFF


  • Ensure that the following battery settings are correctly set up:
    1. Settings > Battery and Device Care > Battery > Power saving mode OFF
    2. Settings > Battery and Device Care > Battery > Background usage limits > Put unused apps to sleep OFF
    3. Settings > Battery and Device Care > Battery > More battery settings > Adaptive battery OFF
