YDC Product Troubleshooting Guide : Android 10 specific advice



  • Ensure that the app is NOT “paused” in Digital Wellbeing & Parental Controls setting (if Focus Mode is used, the app needs to be on the list of apps allowed to run)


  • Ensure that battery mode is set to “Optimised” or “High Performance” if this is an option that is shown (Settings -> Device Care -> Battery -> Power Mode -> Optimised / High Performance) and that Adaptive Power Saving is OFF
